Know what your estimate covers
What is included in professional Christmas-light installation?
Your estimate should name the areas being decorated, lights and materials, installation work and seasonal support. At Brian’s, lights are customer-owned. Maintenance, removal and storage arrangements are defined in your estimate, so you know who handles each part before booking.
A property-specific lighting estimate
The details shape the display.
A simple roofline and a larger display need different planning. Share what you have in mind; confirm the final design, materials and services in the written estimate.
- Areas & layout
- Rooflines, trees, entrances and the size of the display you want reviewed.
- Access & materials
- Building height, access conditions, available power and any lights you already own.
- Design & timing
- Your preferred colors, target installation period and any event dates.

Confirm the written price, exclusions, approval process and agreed timing.
Which areas do you serve for Christmas-light installation?
Brian’s team serves homes and commercial properties throughout the Oklahoma City metro, including Edmond and the surrounding communities. Send the property address, the areas you want decorated and your preferred timing so the team can confirm coverage, access and installation availability.
Do you light homes and commercial properties?
Yes. Share your home, business or community property location and the areas you would like lit. The team reviews the design and access needed for your property.
What should I include in my request?
Tell us your address, preferred timing, colors and the areas to light, such as rooflines, trees, walkways or a storefront. Mention any lights you already own.
Are lights, maintenance, takedown and storage included?
Lights are customer-owned. Your estimate sets out which installation, maintenance, removal and storage services are included. Review the materials, responsibilities and timing with the team before approving the work.
Can I choose my installation date?
Share your preferred timing. Dates depend on the property, weather and team availability, and are confirmed with you before scheduling. Sending a request does not book an appointment.
What affects the cost of Christmas-light installation?
The areas being decorated, building height and access, design, lights and materials, and seasonal support all affect the estimate. Add daylight photos of the roofline and entrance, and mention lights you already own. The team reviews the scope with you before pricing and scheduling are agreed.
